Why would I want a site survey if I am buying as a supply only?
Site surveys are not mandatory but highly recommended when opting for supply only. A site survey will determine if the product fits within your chosen area, offer advice on assembly and guide you with any additional work that is required including groundwork and/or additional brackets. What do I pay and when?
At point of order confirmation, we require a minimum of 50% of the total project value, as a deposit. *payable to APPS Contracting. Your order will not be confirmed until we receive a signed copy of your order form and the initial deposit. The remaining balance is payable upon delivery of goods and/or installation is completed where applicable.
What if I order as supply only offer and choose installation at a later date?
We recommend all purchasers consider our fitment option prior to ordering to ensure the product is installed to the manufacturer’s specification. CLICK HERE to obtain an installation quote. Should you decide after purchase that you wish us to install the product, we will require the completion of our site survey form and a photo of the area you wish the product to be fitted. We will quote you for installation within 24 hours of receiving this information. Upon acceptance, we will arrange a site survey to be completed prior to the arrival of your chosen product.
What if I opt for supply only and the product does not fit?
With your quotation you will be provided with the full dimensions of the chosen product. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the product will fit, subject to the dimensions given within the quotation. We recommend highly that you measure the area you wish the product to be placed, prior to ordering as our product range is non-refundable. What if I order a product and change my mind?
Our product range is non-refundable and therefore the purchaser will be liable for the remained of the agreed balance. We highly recommend the purchasers ensure they have selected the right level of shade and shelter required, dimensions and costing into full consideration, prior to ordering.

We work with a range of providers and associated companies to ensure that we can supply a product that suits your requirements and desires.
