Purchase Options
Our team of product experts are on hand to assist you in discovering the right shade and shelter option that suits your requirements. We will guide you through the purchase process step by step, to ensure you are fully informed of all your choices. Our product range is available as supply only or fully installed, whichever option is more suitable to you.
Supply Only
We offer a supply only service with clear and precise fitment instructions to guide you within the build process. We offer a fully comprehensive fitment service across the whole of the mainland UK, with pricing determined by your chosen product versus the work required, to ensure a compliant fitment, in line with the manufacturers wind and snow load specification.
Delivery
Delivery is available free of charge within a 50-mile radius of our Huntingdon based head office. Additional charges will be applied outside this radius and outlined within your quotation. Should you opt for fitment, any additional delivery charged will be absorbed within the quotation.
Installation
Our team of fitters have over 20 years combined experience within the shade and shelter industry from smaller domestic projects to large scale commercial projects. Fitment is administered via our trading company APPS Contracting, and is calculated based on your chosen product versus the work required to administer the installation, in line with the manufacturer’s requirements.
Purchasing Process
Upon acceptance of our quotation, we require a minimum of 50% deposit, with the balance payable upon delivery/installation. Should installation be included, a site survey will be conducted within 7 days of the deposit being paid and prior to the order being placed with the manufacturer. We will update you upon order confirmation from our manufacturer, prior to shipment and once again, upon delivery of your chosen product. *please note, production times vary depending on selected product, we will offer an indication of timescale and update you accordingly, throughout the manufacturing process.
Product Timescales
Our complete range of products are built bespoke to your exact requirement. Order to delivery ranges between 4-12 weeks dependant on the product selected. Please speak to your product specialist for a more accurate timescale.
Refund & Returns
Deposits are non-refundable unless the product arrives outside of the specification outlined within your quotation. Should you be opting for supply only, it is vital that your pre-check your required dimensions versus the product dimensions to ensure product fits within your desired location. Site surveys are available at a one off cost of £175 inc VAT. Site surveys are not mandatory but highly recommended to ensure fitment of your chosen product, Returns are only available in the event of the product arriving outside of the product description outlined upon your initial order.
